1. Scope / 適用範囲

Hermes Minami is a private AI assistant integration for the operator and specifically authorized accounts. It is not a public or commercial service.

Hermes Minamiは、運営者および個別に許可されたアカウントが利用する非公開のAIアシスタント連携基盤です。

2. Authorization / 認証

Users must authorize access through their own Google account and may revoke that authorization at any time. Users must not authorize accounts they do not own or administer.

利用者は自身が所有または管理するGoogleアカウントで認証し、いつでも連携を解除できます。

3. Human approval / 本人承認

External commitments—including sending messages, submitting documents, purchasing, paying, cancelling, and sharing information—require explicit user approval unless the user has separately established a specific approved automation.

メッセージ送信、書類提出、購入、支払い、キャンセル、情報共有などの外部的な確定行為は、別途承認済みの自動処理を除き、本人の明示的承認を必要とします。

4. Availability and accuracy / 可用性・正確性

The service may be interrupted by third-party systems, network failures, authorization changes, or maintenance. AI-generated results may contain errors and should be reviewed before consequential use.

外部サービス、ネットワーク、認証変更、保守などにより利用できない場合があります。AIの出力には誤りが含まれる可能性があり、重要な用途では確認が必要です。

5. Changes / 変更

These terms may be updated when the integration or its data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.

連携機能やデータ取扱いの変更に応じて本規約を更新し、最新版をこのページに掲載します。
