1. Service and operator / サービスと運営者

Hermes Minami is a private AI assistant integration operated by Haruto Takemoto. It is not offered to the general public.

Hermes Minamiは、竹本晴登が運営する非公開のAIアシスタント連携基盤であり、一般向けサービスではありません。

2. Data accessed / アクセスする情報

Only after the user grants OAuth authorization, Hermes Minami may access the following Google user data:

• Gmail messages and metadata, for inbox review, organization, and creating drafts
• Google Calendar events, for schedule review and conflict checking
• Google Drive files and metadata, for user-requested search and file management
• Google Docs and Google Sheets content, for user-requested reading, creation, and editing

OAuth認証を行ったアカウントに限り、Gmailのメッセージとメタデータ、カレンダー予定、Driveのファイルとメタデータ、Docs・Sheetsの内容にアクセスします。

3. Use of data / 利用目的

Google user data is used only to perform actions requested by the authorized user, such as reviewing messages, preparing email drafts, checking schedules, and managing documents.

取得した情報は、認証した本人から依頼されたメール確認、下書き作成、予定確認、資料管理などを実行する目的に限って使用します。

4. Sharing and sale / 共有・販売

Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except when technically necessary to operate the service, when directed by the user, or when required by law.

Googleユーザーデータを販売しません。サービス提供に技術上必要な場合、本人が指示した場合、または法令上必要な場合を除き、第三者へ共有しません。

5. AI use / AIによる処理

Relevant content may be processed by the configured AI model provider to fulfill a user request. Access is limited to the information necessary for that request. Data is not used by the operator for advertising or user profiling.

依頼を実行するため、必要な範囲の内容が設定されたAIモデル提供者によって処理される場合があります。広告や利用者プロファイリングを目的として使用しません。

6. Storage and security / 保存と安全管理

OAuth credentials are stored on an access-restricted private server. Access is limited to the operator and authorized automated processes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including restricted file permissions and encrypted HTTPS connections.

OAuth認証情報はアクセスを制限した非公開サーバーに保存し、運営者および許可された自動処理だけが利用します。ファイル権限の制限やHTTPS通信など、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

7. Retention and deletion / 保存期間・削除

Credentials are retained while the integration is in use. The user may revoke access from their Google Account security settings or request deletion by contacting the operator. Upon removal, stored OAuth credentials will be deleted unless retention is required by law.

連携の利用中は認証情報を保持します。Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定からアクセスを解除するか、運営者へ削除を依頼できます。解除後は、法令上保存が必要な場合を除き、保存したOAuth認証情報を削除します。

8. Google API Limited Use

Hermes Minami's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
